Free tracked shipping on every order
Every VeraLift order ships free with tracking to Canada and the United States, whether you buy one device or a bundle. There's no minimum order.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in Canada and the United States. Orders ship from our US warehouse.
How long it takes
- Processing: 1–2 business days to prepare and hand your order to the carrier.
- Delivery: most orders arrive 5–10 business days after you order.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally run longer during peak seasons, bad weather, or carrier delays.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. You can also check your order status from the link in your order confirmation email.
Orders to Canada
Canadian orders ship across the border from our US warehouse. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars, and applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. If a carrier ever asks you to pay a fee when your package is delivered, email us at support@tryveralift.com before paying and we'll sort it out with you.
Lost, delayed or missing packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or it shows "delivered" but you can't find your package, email us with your order number. We'll open a claim with the carrier and, if the package can't be found, send a free replacement or give you a full refund.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update the address as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. We can't redirect packages that have already shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
