1. Overview

This website, tryveralift.com, is operated by VeraLift ("we", "us", "our"). When you visit the site or buy from us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order.

3. About the product and results

The VeraLift is a cosmetic, at-home skincare device that uses LED light, gentle warmth and microcurrent. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Results vary from person to person and depend on consistent use. Customer stories and reviews on this site describe individual experiences and are not a guarantee that you will get the same results.

Do not use the VeraLift if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, are pregnant, have epilepsy, have active cancer, or have metal implants in the treatment area. Do not use it on broken, irritated or infected skin. If you have a heart condition, a skin condition, or any medical concern, ask your doctor before use. Stop using the device and contact a healthcare provider if you have any adverse reaction. Always follow the instructions included with the device.

4. Prices and currency

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars for Canadian shoppers and in US dollars for US shoppers. The amount charged is the total shown at checkout. We may change prices or promotions at any time, but changes won't affect orders you've already placed.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there's an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds, including our 30-Day "Sculpt or It's Free" Guarantee, are covered by our Refund Policy.

8. Discount codes

Discount codes are subject to the conditions stated with each offer. They can't be exchanged for cash and can't be combined unless the offer says so. We may end a promotion at any time without affecting orders already placed.

9. Accuracy of information

We work hard to keep product descriptions, images and prices accurate. Colours may look slightly different on different screens. If we find an error, we'll correct it and, where it affects your order, contact you before your order ships.

10. Reviews and content you send us

If you send us a review, photo or other content, you confirm it is honest, it reflects your own experience, and you have the right to share it. You give us permission to display it on our website and marketing. We may edit it for length or to protect your privacy, but we won't change its meaning.

11. Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to VeraLift or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site. That includes attempting to break into it, interfering with its security, placing fraudulent orders, or using it for anything unlawful.

13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided "as is". Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you live elsewhere, you still keep any protections the laws of your home province or state give you.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. The version in place when you placed your order applies to that order.
